Using data-driven processes in all that we do, the Kerr County United Way offers multiple philanthropic opportunities to follow your heart and impact the education, financial stability, health, and basic needs of people in Kerr County. Donations to the Kerr County United Way Community Impact Fund stay in Kerr County to support vital local programs.

While donations to Kerr County United Way are tracked and strategically invested back into the community’s most critical needs and nonprofit organizations to create much needed services, we also honor a donor’s choice to direct their charitable gifts into one of our Four(4) Focus Areas:

United Learners is an education initiative with a strong emphasis on education for the entire family. Donations support programs like: GED Classes, ESL Classes, parenting classes, after-school and summer learning programs and youth mentoring.

United Legacy is a building and basic community needs initiative that will help the community now and in the future. Donations support programs for community emergencies, the veteran and aging populations and future community services.

United Support is an income and financial stability initiative helps individuals and families get back on their feet. Donations support programs like the 2-1-1 Texas information line, food needs, affordable healthcare referral and programs to help alleviate stress on the individual or family.

United Strong is a health and wellness initiative that supports individuals and families. Donations support services like: Trainings for parent and teachers, parent support specialists with postpartum resources, and mental health treatment services through our partner agencies.
